This is episode 160 and our guest for the second time is Sammy Kay. Sammy is a songwriter from New Jersey who now makes his home in Cincinnati, Kentucky. He is a dear sweet soul who has lived a fascinating life. We have gotten to know each other over the last year and some change and I am grateful for the connection we have formed.
Sammy is always working and you will hear about those projects during our chat. Most notably the debut EP from his band The Kilograms with J Duckworth, Joe Gittleman, and Michael McDermott is now available wherever you consume music.
